Terms and conditions

The production of your order is 2 to 3 business days. Once we have finished producing and packing your order, it will be sent directly to the address you provide us by land parcel, which has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.

The order will be processed until payment has been received and/or released.

The delivery time will count from the receipt of the advance and/or total payment as specified in the purchase.

Our products and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All special purchases and/or orders require 100% payment to process the order.

Shipping costs are not considered within the costs of the products.

The jars and bottles of wine are individually handcrafted products so the characteristics between one and the other may vary. The shipping cost will be higher due to the type of packaging required as it is a product of greater weight and fragility.

Because the jars and bottles are made to your specifications, no changes or refunds are made once your purchase order is processed.

The temporary form of payment is through electronic transfer, bank deposit, and/or cash payment. Once your purchase is made, we will send you an email with our data so that you can complete the purchase process and process your order.

You will receive the item once the payment has been confirmed to the address you provide us. The shipment is made by a parcel company other than our company, so they will be responsible for the handling and delivery time that the courier has. We will provide you with a tracking number with which you can track your order. We have the option of not paying for shipping and picking it up at our office by appointment if you are in Querétaro.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED, only for defects in the material.

Payperwall is not responsible for the misapplication, use, or natural wear of the products.

Shipping and product costs are non-refundable.

If you have any questions please contact us and we will gladly answer your concerns.

THANKS FOR YOUR PREFERENCE!
